AJIKA
The First Georgian Bistro in Tokyo

Welcome to AJIKA

A bold culinary journey begins in the heart of Tokyo. AJIKA is the first Georgian bistro in Japan, introducing a unique fusion of rich tradition and modern presentation. Named after a beloved Georgian spice blend and echoing the Japanese word for "taste," AJIKA is more than a name—it's a cultural bridge.

Our Concept

AJIKA blends tradition with innovation:
  • Signature Dish: Adjaruli Khachapuri – a photogenic, egg-topped cheesy bread beloved in Georgia and bound to go viral in Japan.

  • Authentic Wine Bar: Featuring the largest variety of Georgian wines in Japan.

  • Iconic Drinks: Enjoy Laghidze Water—Georgia’s colorful, fizzy, nostalgic soft drink.

Our simple, curated menu ensures quality and consistency. Think of us as a Cheeseboat meets 8000 Vintages—only in Tokyo.
